The following comprises our Returns Policy.
If you are not happy with the pieces you have chosen, you can return them within 14 days if they have not be worn and are in the original packaging. See below for full instructions. The full amount you have paid for the pieces returned will be refunded.
Items returned to us that arrive damaged or lost will not be credited.
If goods are faulty or damaged in transit, you must contact us immediately by telephone quoting the order number and we will advise you what to do.
When returned, we will carefully examine the returned goods and if the goods are faulty or an incorrect item has been supplied or they have been damaged in transit, we will replace or repair the item. Only if we cannot replace the faulty item will we give a refund.
You need to inform us of any faulty goods within ten days of receiving the order and return them within 14 dys.
Earrings and studs will be sent out in a sealed bag for hygiene reasons. As in a high street shop, if the seal is not broken we can replace earrings and studs for you. If the seal is broken please do not return them as we are unable to give a refund or replacement.
It is essential that you remove our jewellery before showering, bathing, swimming, exercising, doing household chores or similar activities. Our items are guaranteed against manufacturing faults for 90 days after purchase but not if they have been worn in these or similar ways. Items damaged through wear and tear cannot be refunded or replaced. Please see our Jewellery Care section.

Please pack returned goods with care and send them by Royal Mail Special Delivery (at your expense) which provides adequate insurance to cover the value of the item and requires a signature on receipt.
If you use an alternative it is at your own risk as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
If sending from overseas, outside the EU, please mark on your declaration “Returned for repair/refund”.
